Spacious room with great dining options

During my stay, I was pleased with the spacious room, which was perfect for my family, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. We enjoyed a delicious grilled fish dinner at the hotel, and the breakfast offered a decent selection when we had a chance to try it. A minor issue was the limited wake-up call service which could use improvement.

The rooftop gym and pool area are great amenities. However, the bathroom needed repairs, as the shower leaked everywhere.

I had a decent stay with a clean and spacious room. The staff member who checked me in was helpful and polite. However, the bathroom facilities had issues, including a malfunctioning flush and persistent odors that detracted from my experience. Additionally, some amenities felt limited and could be improved.

I spent one night here primarily to explore Souq Waqif, which was a short walk away. The room was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise, and I truly appreciated the hospitality of a receptionist named Ms. Christine. She made my check-in experience delightful. However, I encountered issues with the bathroom facilities. the flush was problematic and required multiple attempts to function properly. Overall, the stay was decent, but maintenance could use some attention.

I was happy with the room I received during my stay. When I had dinner, the restaurant was busy, but the staff remained friendly and accommodating. They even offered us tea and coffee. It felt nice to experience such good service while enjoying my meal.

The location leaves much to be desired!!! Room conditions really need a proper overhaul, as multiple issues with functionality were frustrating and the decor feels dated!!!

perfect for weekend strolls with nearby attractions and parks

my stay was wonderful as the hotel is a comfortable base to explore the city, and I loved strolling to the National Museum of Qatar just over 2 km away and enjoying the views at MIA Park, which was a short walk from there.

The personnel at check-in was awesome! Christina helped me sort out my room issue and shared cool tips about the area. The location is just a metro ride away from Msheireb Downtown. Plus, the room was very clean and comfortable.

We loved the spacious Superior King Room and the great service from the staff. The kids enjoyed playing at the volleyball court by the beach, while the couples in our group appreciated the flexibility when we needed adjusted arrangements after arriving early.

My children wanted better amenities for families.

The Superior King Room was pretty nice! The sheets were super clean, and I actually slept well, which is rare for me in hotels. Check-in was smooth thanks to Christina. she was so helpful with a room change. The view from my window added a nice touch, too. However, there were some dated areas in the bathroom that could use a bit of upkeep. Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but it was comfy enough for my stay.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the rooftop pool offered a nice place to unwind under the sun after exploring nearby restaurants which had delicious local cuisine.
